Website & Digital Resource Terms
What you can expect when using PreppedKids and purchasing a digital family resource.
Operator and adult use
This website and shop are operated by PreppedKids LLC. Purchases and form submissions must be made by an adult with authority to use the payment method and provide the information submitted. Please use accurate contact information so we can deliver your resource.
What is available now
The shop sells the specific printable PDF or ZIP resources described on each product page. These are one-time digital purchases, not physical items, subscriptions, coaching or access to a launched PreppedKids app. The broader platform and pilot are in development. Joining an interest list does not guarantee an invitation, price, launch date or future access.
Price, payment and delivery
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Review the final amount and any displayed taxes or charges in Stripe Checkout before paying. A private download is made available after payment is confirmed, and a confirmation email is queued for delivery. Some payment methods may take longer to confirm. If an email is delayed, check your spam folder and the purchase confirmation page, or contact us. See our Refunds & Digital Delivery Policy.
Household license
When you purchase or receive a resource, you receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download it and print copies for use within one household. You may help the children in your household complete it and keep their completed copies for personal use.
You may not resell, sublicense, upload, publicly distribute or share the resource file, private download link or access credentials outside your household. Do not remove ownership notices or present our material as your own. Schools, organizations, coaches and other commercial or group users should contact us for a separate license before reproducing or using resources with multiple households.
You are welcome to share our public free-scorecard page so another family can request its own copy. Sharing that public link is different from distributing the PDF or a private delivery link.
Parent-led educational use
Our resources provide educational prompts, practice and planning activities. They are not individualized legal, tax, financial, medical or mental-health advice, diagnostic assessments or guarantees of a child's future outcomes. A parent or guardian selects safe, age-appropriate activities and supervision. Seek qualified help for questions requiring professional judgment.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Notice explains information handling. Marketing updates remain optional. A purchase, inquiry or free download alone does not give marketing permission. Do not submit sensitive or identifying information about a child.
Support payments and inquiries
Voluntary support payments are separate from resource purchases. PreppedKids is a for-profit company. Support payments are not charitable donations, are not tax deductible as charitable contributions and do not purchase an investment, equity, debt, ownership or a promised return. A business inquiry is not a securities offering.
Website availability and lawful use
We aim to describe resources accurately and keep delivery working. Temporary interruptions can occur. Do not interfere with the website, access private records or resources without authorization, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict misuse and will address verified delivery or product issues through support.
Your rights and changes
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Texas law governs these terms to the extent consistent with your mandatory legal protections. The terms presented for an order apply to that order; later updates do not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing purchase.
